This role has the opportunity to lead a team of Customer Service and Sales Support professionals. The position requires a motivating team leader that is customer focused and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

A Day in the Life

Manages day-to-day order management activities. Empowers and supports team to perform operational responsibilities. Maintains focus on team moral and change management. Develops and maintains appropriate Customer relationships including external and internal Customers. Implements new technology, quality standards, and procedures to impact strategic vision. Responsible for talent management, employee coaching, and mentoring to achieve performance goals for the business.
Maintains efficient and effective daily workflow for sales orders and ensures that team is properly staffed. Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements improvements. Schedules all tasks related to the Customer Service department.

Must Have:

Bachelor degree
Three (3) years Supervisory experience
Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Proven leadership skills including mentoring and coaching
Knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
Nice to Have
SAP experience
SalesForce.com experience
Cisco Phone System experience
Healthcare industry experience
